Held full responsibility for production operations. Supervised performance of cast and crew members, interceded as necessary to resolve problems, improve efficiencies, and service. Maintained personal rapport and win-win relationships with volunteers and donors.

Selected Accomplishments:
• Founded organization based on community need and raised over $60,000 in net earnings, reinvesting significant funds into charitable community projects.
• Played a role in every aspect of the production from inception to closing night. Including: Script selection and editing; Casting; Set design and construction; Costume design; Playbill design and publishing.
• Provided and implemented marketing and advertising strategies, general sales and sponsorship agreements.
